Jinjiang Mingyi Packaging Products Co., Ltd. is located in Jinjiang, China's famous "City of Brands," with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing plastic bags. Our factory covers an area of more than 60,000 square meters. We have extensive production experience and advanced production equipment.
Our factory is equipped with a complete production line, from carton producing to film blowing, printing, and bag making, significantly reducing production costs.
The carton packaging workshop has a daily production capacity of 300,000 cartons, meeting various requirements and quantities for carton packaging.
The film-blowing workshop is equipped with 22 film-blowing machines, including three-layer co-extrusion, two-layer, and single-layer film-blowing machines for producing LDPE, HDPE, and PO films.
The printing workshop is equipped with 10 printing machines, including medium and high-speed printing machines, to meet customers' complex designs and high-quality printing requirements, ensuring that every packaging bag's printing effect meets customer expectations.
As the demand for automated packaging bags increases, our factory has many automatic bag-making machines and will continue to add more. We also have several dual-channel courier bag-making machines to improve production efficiency to ensure timely delivery, and reduce production costs. Additionally, we have over 50 other bag-making machines capable of producing various plastic packaging bags, including regular courier bags, zipper bags, slider zipper bags (zipper lock bags), OPP bags, PE bags, PO bags, and more.
For bubble courier bags, our factory has established good cooperation with pearlized film suppliers, who are giving us an advantage purchasing price, and maintain a large inventory of pearlized film. We are equipped with high-efficiency bubble machines and bag-making equipment, providing us with a cost advantage and ensuring fast delivery.
